After providing painless laser hair removal for years with the Motus AX, we wanted more. What else could we offer our clients to improve their skin concerns while still keeping treatments comfortable and feasible for all skin types? We did not want to sacrifice pain-free hair removal, but we wanted to meet the growing demand for skin correcting treatments. The Motus Pro checked all of the boxes, so we traded in the AX and in June 2025, SCG became the first owner of the Motus Pro in the state of PA (and one of the first in the country).

If you consider yourself a skincare guru or if you enjoy researching all the latest aesthetic trends, you have probably heard of exosomes. Exosomes were discovered in the 1980s but just recently began making an appearance in the skincare world. While studying stem cells, it was discovered that platelets have exosomes, with significant renewing potential. This raised the question of what exosomes could do for the skin’s appearance. Now in 2026, exosomes are readily available for in office treatments and can be found in at-home skincare products.

Exosomes are tiny vesicles made up of proteins, growth factors, peptides, and antioxidants that are naturally released in the body. Think of them as tiny messengers that help other cells in the body communicate. Their role is to assist cells with coordinating repair, regeneration, and inflammation control. As we continue to invest in advanced treatments, premium products, and the highest standard of care, some of our pricing will be adjusting slightly, effective 2/1/2026. This change allows us to provide advanced training for providers while maintaining the quality, safety standards, and personalized experience you expect and deserve. The majority of our treatments have never increased in price, and we do our best to keep costs down where we can.

This change will affect the following services: 60 & 90-Minute Custom Facials, Seasonal Spa Facial, Gentleman’s Facial, Back Facial, Microdermabrasion, Seasonal Body Scrub, 60 & 90-Minute Massages, Hot Stone Massages, and Dermaplaning. The add-on Microdermabrasion and add-on Dermaplaning will also be increasing. Some of our waxing prices are being adjusted as well. As of February 1st, all of these services will be increasing by $5, with the exception of 60-Minute Custom Facials, and will be reflected on our online menu. . . .

“What is a unit of tox? How many units will I need?”

We get these questions a lot, but it is not a simple answer.

Just like weight is measured in pounds and medicine is measured in milligrams, “units” are how tox (Botox®, Dysport®, Jeuveau®) is measured for use. “Units” of tox refer to a standard measure of biologic strength, so unlike pounds and milligrams, “units” are not easily determined by reading a number or finding a marking on a syringe – unless you know what you are looking for.

When you open a new box of tox, it is in solid form. Each vial contains tiny crystals that are mixed with saline when its ready for use. This process is called dilution. The dilution rate determines how concentrated a unit of tox is and are set by the FDA & tox . . .
