SCG Spa’s goal is to help you revive your health, rejuvenate your body, and relax your mind through our various services. We provide the Central PA community with a relaxed, yet professional atmosphere for individuals on their journey to wellness and beauty.

SCG Spa started as SCG Skin Rejuvenation in 2011 at 5th Avenue Salon, located in Carlisle PA. We had 2 part-time nurses and a Medical Director working out of 1 room, 3 days a week. At that time, SCG only offered Botox, Dermal Fillers, and one product line, Obagi. Over the years, SCG Spa grew to include estheticians, massage therapists, Permanent Makeup Artists, and desk staff, working 6 days a week out of 3 rooms.

After continued growth, SCG moved to our current location in 2023, consisting of 6 rooms to provide services 6 days a week. The name has changed to SCG Spa and more staff has been brought on along with additional services.

All services are provided by aesthetically trained Registered Nurses, Licensed Estheticians, Electrologists, Micro-Pigmentation Specialists, and Licensed Massage Therapists, all under the supervision and guidance of a Medical Director. Our professional staff provides guests with a higher level of care through their experience and ever-expanding knowledge. All staff are trained and certified in the specific products and services provided by SCG Spa.

SCG Spa’s most popular medical services include: Injectables (such as Botox®, Dysport®, Jeuveau®, Dermal Fillers, EZ Gel & Kybella®) & Platelet Rich Fibrin Matrix, PDO Threads as well as, Microneedling, Dermaplaning and painless Laser Hair Removal.

Some of our popular nonmedical services include: Custom Facials, Hydrafacial, Microderms, Massage, and Lash & Brow services.

Consultations are available, and required for certain services, to determine what treatment(s) best suit your needs. Some services can be performed on the day of the consultation while others may require pre-care, therefore the treatment needs to be scheduled for a different day. Appointments are based on availability.

We are conveniently located in Brookwood just across the street from the Walnut Bottom Giant. Just outside of town with plenty of parking!
